Delete Your Account

When you delete your LoopFA account, all your information, including posts, photos, and videos, will be permanently removed. However, comments you made on other users' posts will remain.


To delete your account quickly and easily, use the LoopFA mobile app, available on the Google Play Store and the Apple App Store. Here’s how:

1. Log into the app.
2. Go to Profile > Menu > Settings > Delete Account.
3. Tick the two checkboxes to confirm you understand the deletion is irreversible.
4. Click the "Delete Account" button.
5. Enter your password to verify your ownership of the account.
6. Click the "Delete Account" button again.
Your account and all associated information will be deleted.

Alternatively, you can request account deletion via email:

1. Send an email to help@loopfa.com from the email associated with your LoopFA account. This ensures we know it’s really you.
2. Use "Delete My Account" as the subject.
3. Include the following in the body of the email:
  • Email: [Your account email]
  • Date of Birth: [Your date of birth as provided on LoopFA (DD/MM/YYYY)]
We will delete your account within 30 days. It may take up to 90 days for all your information to be completely removed.
